Omar Haymour

Omar graduated from the University of Alberta in 2020 with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (with Distinction) and started working in the external audit department at KPMG in Edmonton in October 2020. Throughout his undergraduate studies, he earned Dean’s List status and was awarded the Jason Lang Scholarship three times for outstanding academic achievement. While working at KPMG, Omar mainly worked on large public companies in the energy sector, municipalities, as well as larger construction companies and banks. After working at KPMG for 2 years and completing the CPA program in 2023, Omar decided to make a switch from external audit practice and join OES Group to further advance his career as a professional.
