Heba Alshokri is a Staff Accountant at OES Group LLP, having joined the company in October 2024. Originally from Gaza, Heba has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Al-Azhar University. Heba brings a strong work ethic, determination, and a passion for the industry. She worked as a Financial Assistant at UNRWA for Palestine Refugees, primarily in charge of distributing funds to cover various emergency appeal requirements. Aside from other roles she maintained, such as Accountant at Catholic Relief Services and at Al Barassi International (a Western Union affiliate), her dedication to accuracy and efficiency has made her a valuable asset to the OES Group team. Heba excels in managing daily bookkeeping tasks, from compiling financial records to assisting in the preparation of reports, all while preserving a high level of attention to detail. Since 2011, she has undertaken numerous accounting and management courses to advance her professional development. Her journey reflects her resilience and ambition, qualities that continue to drive her success and growth within the firm. With a clear and inspiring dream to become a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada, Heba is committed to continually expanding her knowledge and skills in the accounting field.
