Lutfi El-Bawarchi

Lutfi joined OES Group in 2026 after graduating from MacEwan University in late 2025 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. In his role at OES Group, Lutfi is involved in the entire compilation engagement process, such as organizing and reviewing financial information and completing the related accounting and tax work. He takes a thorough and practical approach to each file and is comfortable working through any challenging issues. Hardworking and detail-oriented, Lutfi values accuracy, organization, and clear communication. He aims to contribute to the firm through dependable service, thoughtful problem-solving, and strong work ethic. Lutfi is currently pursuing his CPA designation and is focused on continuing his professional development at OES Group’s CPA-approved training office.
